Meet the team
Helen works as a developmental facilitator creating deep and sustainable transformation for individuals, teams and systems, by lovingly holding a space that enables and requires us to face the previously unspoken truths essential to unblocking processes and creating possibilities.
She is passionate about working on the edge of boundaries and borders and drawing together unusual and eclectic approaches and forms of knowledge. She has worked as electronic engineer, has a PhD in Philosophy, has taught and researched at University level, and now supports the development of teachers and leaders through learning experiences and the development of intentional communities of practice.
She has always found beauty in understanding the world through organisational and physical systems, and has a deep, unquenchable curiosity about people. She now increasingly brings a gentle approach to learning from our bodies and emotions to enable us to more freely and playfully explore our realities and make empowered and empowering choices in our work and lives.

Grant has always had a passion for helping others develop. Initially helping others, quite literally, perform better in a successful career in professional theatre. He went on to specialise in working with adults and children with challenging behaviour and complex needs.
Whilst working in this field he trained and worked as an assessor for vocational qualifications and went on to be qualified as a teacher in the lifelong learning sector. Throughout his life Grant has also consistently volunteered support for worthy projects: Youth empowerment programmes, international ethical business conferences, large scale religious community events and schools. Taking on such roles as: Chairman of board of directors, chief technician, and technical manager.
He has also volunteered his time and skills as a facilitator running all manner of drama workshops and empowerment programmes. For the past few years Grant has focused on family but as they get older he can’t help himself and is now a facilitator in training for Leadership Development Intensives and one of the Directors of In The Room Limited.
